Research Interests

Specifically, my research interests in the fields of information and media studies are as follows:

1. International library development
2. Information society and policy
3. Globalization, immigration, and ICTs
4. Critical information studies

A common thread that ties these research interests together is an interest in information equity.  Equity of access to information, social justice, and the social structures surrounding information access form the basis of much of my work.
